Официално изявление на Most of Evil

According to the problem with the concert of GORGOROTH, VADER and VALKYRJA, Most of Evil Music have the following position:

The concert, which was supposed to take place on December 2, 2011, failed because of the ticket-company TicketStream, which our company chose as a new partner in our business. During the pre-campaign for the two concerts from Most of Evil Winter Fest, TicketStream made an initial transfer of funds that covered the most necessary part of the costs, including the concert of SODOM, which can be proved by documents.

As the same time Most of Evil Music organized Vanessa Mae concert in Sofia, which is an event with much higher budget. We concluded a contract for a refinance with TicketStream, and the conditions were extremely beneficial for the ticket company. As a consequence of this „cooperation“ of ours, we were suddenly refused any further transfers of the available revenues FOR THE THREE CONCERTS, despite the good ticket pre-sale and profits of the three.

Similarly, in Friday, December 2 at the end of the day, finally and without explanation, we were denied another transfer by TicketStream of ticket sales for GORGOROTH, VADER and VALKYRJA, which would cover fully the fees of Massive Music. This was contrary to the terms of the contracted refinancing of the Vanessa Mae concert. Everything had to be cleared to 03. 12. 2011, and if the amounts available were not enough, they would have been deducted from income from other concerts.

The financial balance of the concert of Vanessa Mae was made yesterday, December 7, and to this moment we are still waiting the protocol of the concert venue for the final sales and full recapitulation is still not possible. For us this automatically means that the person Martin Stoyanov intentionally did not pay the share until the end of the day of December 2. This not only canceled the concert of GORGOROTH, VADER and VALKYRJA, but also endangered the concert of SODOM on December 3.

The followed events prove clearly that there is a competitive malice and intention for liquidating the smaller promoter companies in Bulgaria.

Pulling out successful events with unfair methods and lies (as the case with the show of Cinderella), slanders on us, illegal appropriation of money, providing personal information and making direct threats of physical assault – these are just a part of the methods of our recent “partners”. Of course, we will defend our rights de jure.

Without getting into a position of unnecessary excuses, in current situation we just want to remind to all fans, that our agency is organizing concerts since 2003 and it is the first one, who began inviting extreme metal bands in Bulgaria, in time when there was no one else willing to take such risk in our country.

Names and dates of this long list of concerts we will leave on the memory of the fans. We just want to remind that we’ve always refunded canceled Most Of Evil events, no matter the reason. The money for the canceled concert of GORGOROTH, VADER and VALKYRJA will be given back, immediately after we clear out the situation with TicketStream.

As for the mistakes around the organization of the whole festival that took the domino effect and caused serious discomfort for the fans and bands, we stand up in the name of our company and take all the consequences.

In such situations only a handful of people would want to find out all the objective truth, so we leave this to the personal judgment of any of you.

And in the end, a few words about the relations between Most of Evil and Massive Music. Without sinking to their level, we will just say once again that we were the first Bulgarian company to begin working with them and all our collaboration for all those years was based on understanding each other and compromises of both sides. Many times Massive Music also didn’t keep their contract terms, but we didn’t think it was necessary to throw dirt on our partners. We wish them all the best, with someone else from all the companies who would wish to be their partners!
