OSIRIS with a single from their forthcoming album

The band, named after the ancient Egyptian god, which I’d like to present to you, is from Cairo. It was founded back in the distant 1996, but for some reason, after the release of a demo and a single the band is disbanded 2 years later in orded to reborn just like the god whose name it bears in 2014. In 2018, 21 years after it was founded, OSIRIS are preparing the release of their debut album.

ORISIS‘ style is very aggressive symphonic black metal, inspired by the Norwegian black metal scene of the early 90s. Their first single ‘Of Hate, Passion and Eternity’ is dedicated to the myth of Osiris, Isis and Set. Hatred, pain, jealousy, envy, passion, regret, revenge, love, greed, these are all of the emotions, we experience through the journey of life. A story, which expresses the light and the darkness of mankind. A story about the brotherhood conflict of power and love.
